What you’ll be doing:
- Leading technical architecture across large-scale ServiceNow implementations
- Defining platform strategy, integration patterns, and enterprise-wide solutions
- Acting as the senior technical authority across delivery teams
- Advising clients at C-suite and programme leadership level
- Supporting pre-sales, solution shaping, and complex bids
- Mentoring architects and helping drive technical standards and best practice
