ServiceNow Technical Architect (Senior Manager)

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: up to £120k + excellent package

A global consulting leader is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to help deliver complex, enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions for clients undergoing digital transformation.

This is a senior, hands-on technical leadership role; ideal for someone who can combine deep platform expertise with architectural vision and mentoring capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow architecture across multiple product lines (beyond ITSM).
• Guide development teams, enforcing code quality, standards, and architecture reviews.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, influencing design decisions and solution strategy.
• Develop integrations with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise systems.
• Contribute to technical governance, innovation, and platform best practice.

Skills & Experience

• Expert knowledge of ServiceNow in both development and architecture capacities.
• Minimum 5 years leading ServiceNow development teams.
• Certified Technical Architect (Master Architect ambition desirable).
• 5+ ServiceNow CIS certifications and experience across 3+ product lines (e.g., ITOM, ITAM, HR, CSM, SPM).
• Proficient in JavaScript, SQL, and API/Web Service integrations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting background.

Desirable: Cloud migration or GenAI project experience, ITILv4 certification, and SC clearance (or eligibility).
