Join one of the world’s leading technology consulting firms and play a pivotal role in shaping large-scale digital transformation programmes across enterprise clients. Accenture are expanding their ServiceNow advisory capability and are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Advisory Consultant to work closely with C-level stakeholders, drive complex transformation initiatives, and help organisations modernise their operating models through scalable, cloud-first ServiceNow solutions. This is a high-impact consulting role combining strategic advisory, technical leadership, and client engagement across some of the UK’s most complex and high-profile programmes.

The Role

You’ll partner with senior business and technology leaders to define and deliver ServiceNow strategies that align technology with business outcomes. Working across major transformation programmes, you’ll help clients unlock value through automation, standardisation, and platform-led innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising senior stakeholders and CxOs on enterprise-wide ServiceNow transformation programmes
  • Leading solution strategy across ServiceNow implementations and complex advisory engagements
  • Translating business challenges into scalable technical solutions and roadmaps
  • Supporting large transformation deals, bids, and growth initiatives across the ServiceNow practice
  • Driving innovation across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, and wider platform capabilities
  • Building long-term trusted relationships with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders
  • Mentoring consultants and contributing to practice development and thought leadership

What They’re Looking For

  • Strong experience delivering ServiceNow advisory or consulting engagements within enterprise environments
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, administration, and platform strategy
  • Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow transformation programmes from strategy through delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at C-suite level
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA essential, implementation certifications highly desirable)
  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred
  • Experience within consulting, professional services, or large transformation environments
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience contributing to bids or pre-sales activity
