This is a unique opportunity to join a leading consulting firm’s Defence & Security team as a service designer, where you’ll contribute to projects that make a tangible difference in national safety and resilience. The Role: As a Service Designer, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary experts to create and deliver impactful services for Defence and Security clients. Your role involves researching to uncover complex user needs, developing service blueprints and journey maps, and working with stakeholders to set measurable objectives. You’ll identify areas for service enhancement, facilitate workshops and co-design sessions, and partner with product teams to drive successful implementation and continuous improvement of service experiences.
