Join a leading global consultancy at the forefront of digital transformation. We’re seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations, drive innovation, and shape technical strategy across major client engagements.
As a ServiceNow Technical Architect, you will:
- Lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across multiple product lines (beyond ITSM).
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business challenges into scalable ServiceNow architectures.
- Guide technical teams, ensuring high standards through code reviews, architectural governance, and mentoring.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps, integration strategies, and platform enhancements.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends including GenAI, cloud infrastructure, and automation to drive platform innovation.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect in enterprise environments.
- Leading ServiceNow development teams with a strong focus on quality and scalability.
- 5+ ServiceNow CIS certifications and ideally Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- Experience across at least 3 product lines outside ITSM (e.g. ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, SAM).
- Advanced scripting and integration skills (JavaScript, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ServiceNow integrations.
- Experience operating in a Technical Design Authority capacity.
- Bonus: GenAI exposure, ITILv4 certification
- Must be SC Eligible (UK Security Clearance)
