Senior Systems Engineer – Architecture
Location: Coventry
Salary: £45,000-£52,500

This role supports the development of submarine systems by providing technical input across all phases of the engineering lifecycle. You\’ll help define system architectures and support cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical input to lifecycle deliverables and design reviews
• Develop and maintain logical, physical, and functional system architectures
• Support projects beyond immediate scope
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across disciplines

Essential Skills:

• Knowledge of the engineering lifecycle, especially concept/design phases
• STEM degree or relevant experience in Automotive, Defence, Telecommunications, or Nuclear sectors
• Experience with early-stage concept and design work

Desirable:

• Membership in INCOSE
