Salary: £45,000 - £52,500
This role offers assisted relocation to candidates currently residing more than 40 miles from the role location. Successful candidates will be eligible for financial compensation to support housing costs if relocating within 40 miles of the Coventry site.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop, communicate and maintain logical, physical and functional system architectures
- Provide technical support to all phases of the engineering lifecycle
- Contribute to LCM deliverables and participate in design reviews
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across disciplines
- Use specialist toolsets to model and define system behaviours
Your Skills and Experience:
- Experience in the early concept/design phases of systems engineering
- Knowledge of complete engineering lifecycle processes
- Background in Defence, Automotive, Telecoms or Nuclear industries
- INCOSE membership or interest (desirable)
