Senior Systems Engineer
Salary: Up to £47,000 per year (DOE) | Working Model: Hybrid, 4–5 days on-site

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you'll contribute to system-of-systems design, translating complex requirements into innovative architectures, and ensuring that weapons systems are efficient, effective, and mission-ready. Your work will directly influence the coordination of complex weaponry in the battlespace, reducing cognitive burden and enhancing operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive system-of-systems concept development and architectural design.
• Elicit, decompose, and analyse requirements to guide design decisions.
• Collaborate with design teams to define system concepts, trade-offs, and constraints.
• Support cross-functional assessments and analyses to ensure design integrity.
• Communicate complex system architectures to internal and external stakeholders.
