You will play a strategic leadership role in guiding architecture across complex programmes, mentoring teams, and engaging senior stakeholders to ensure technical excellence and business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver high-quality architectural solutions for large-scale digital transformation programmes.
- Guide agile delivery teams by clarifying business outcomes, technical constraints, and architectural priorities.
- Lead architectural discussions with senior stakeholders, defining strategic direction and design principles.
- Support and grow teams of architects and engineers through mentorship, coaching, and career development.
- Represent architecture within account teams, contributing to customer strategy, proposals, and delivery assurance.

Minimum Requirements:

- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, particularly under tight deadlines.
- Proven success in designing and delivering modern, multi-tier software systems.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture and stakeholder negotiation.
- Skilled in balancing non-functional requirements such as scalability, security, and performance.
- Engineering background with hands-on understanding of software development practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, including SaaS and PaaS offerings.
- Commercial awareness and experience influencing project or product success.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, including C-level engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop technical talent.
