Anson McCade is looking for experienced Technology Recruitment Consultants to join our team in Manchester. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the success of the end-to-end recruitment process, from developing effective talent attraction and sourcing strategies, to developing credible relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers. You will work as part of a wider team, collaborating with various business functions to ensure a great candidate experience and effective recruitment strategy.
What will you be doing?
- Delivering against client requirements through sourcing and placing candidates
- Developing and strengthening existing client relationships

Do you have what it takes?
- Ideally you will have previous experience in a technology recruitment role
- Confident, articulate, and excellent at communicating and building meaningful relationships
- Able to use your initiative, we don't micro-manage and the ability to self-motivate is essential to drive your career forward
