We are currently looking for a Senior Oracle HCM Manager to join as a part of our Power Apps teams to continue providing technical innovation to meet our ever increasing client demand.
The Ideal Senior Oracle HCM Manager will have:
- Demonstrable experience in the delivery of Oracle programmes.
- Strong experience in HR leading transformation projects.
- Experience with other HCM cloud products (i.e. Workday, Service Now, Successfactors).
- Strong background in the consulting sector.
- Continued responsibility for the delivery of end to end workstreams, including leading offshore teams to design, configure and test a module or process area for successful deployment.
