Clients include multi-strategy hedge funds, prop shops, HFT firms, market makers, and systematic trading groups across every major asset class.
We are looking for a driven and experienced recruiter to join our London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 4-5 years\β experience in quant finance or systematic trading recruitment, who has a proven track record of placing senior talent and managing high-value client relationships.
What you\βll do
- Headhunt elite talent: Engage top-tier quantitative researchers, developers, and traders from academia, technology, and leading trading desks.
- Lead full recruitment cycles: From initial approach to interviews, offers, and closing.
- Develop deep market insight: Build expertise in quant finance, systematic trading, and emerging trends.
- Manage client relationships: Advise senior stakeholders on hiring strategy, market trends, and compensation.
- Grow our business: Expand client footprint and nurture long-term partnerships.
