The Role
As a Senior Engineering Project Manager, you\'ll be at the forefront of delivering intricate electronic sub-systems for mission-critical applications. You\'ll drive cross-functional teams, manage project lifecycles, and ensure delivery to time, cost, and quality standards. This is a strategic role with clear progression paths toward Delivery Lead and Sector Lead positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex electronics/electrical projects.
- Apply best practices in project management including risk, stakeholder, compliance, and configuration management.
- Oversee project phases from initiation to closure.
- Collaborate with Project Controllers and mentor Engineering Project Coordinators.
- Influence delivery strategy and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Strong engineering background in electronics/electrical systems.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Experience with Earned Value Management and other PM methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about engineering excellence.
