Are you a seasoned Engineering Project Manager ready to lead the delivery of cutting-edge electronic and electrical systems? We\'re seeking a dynamic individual to manage complex, high-priority projects from concept through to production, within a fast-paced and technically advanced environment.
The Role
As a Senior Engineering Project Manager, you\'ll be at the forefront of delivering intricate electronic sub-systems for mission-critical applications. You\'ll drive cross-functional teams, manage project lifecycles, and ensure delivery to time, cost, and quality standards. This is a strategic role with clear progression paths toward Delivery Lead and Sector Lead positions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex electronics/electrical projects.
  • Apply best practices in project management including risk, stakeholder, compliance, and configuration management.
  • Oversee project phases from initiation to closure.
  • Collaborate with Project Controllers and mentor Engineering Project Coordinators.
  • Influence delivery strategy and contribute to continuous improvement.

  • Strong engineering background in electronics/electrical systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management and other PM methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
