About the Role:

As an Agile Delivery Manager, you’ll be at the heart of project delivery — working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital services in line with GDS standards. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams using Agile methodologies.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of digital products, from discovery through to live.
  • Ensure alignment with GDS principles and service standards.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retros, sprint planning, etc.).
  • Identify and remove delivery blockers, manage risks and dependencies.
  • Support and mentor team members in Agile practices and delivery excellence.

About You:

  • Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager in a consultancy or public sector environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of GDS and delivering projects within that framework.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Confident working in complex, fast-paced delivery environments.
  • Experience leading Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks).
