Senior Business Analyst

A leading change and transformation team is hiring an AVP Business Analyst to support a major enterprise-wide transformation programme. As an AVP Business Analyst, you’ll help shape next-generation platforms and processes across a globally recognised institution—no financial services background required. Key Responsibilities

• Elicit and document detailed business and functional requirements across diverse programmes.
• Support the delivery of new systems and processes, aligning business needs with technology solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive change readiness and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute to solution design, traceability, process mapping, and testing phases.
• Champion structured delivery in Agile, hybrid, and Waterfall environments.

Key Requirements & Skills

• Extensive experience delivering business analysis on large-scale transformation projects.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
• Understanding of change impact, delivery roadmaps, and end-to-end implementation.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, APIs, and cloud platforms (highly desirable).
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Comfortable analysing data sets, process flows, and providing actionable insights.
