A global consulting organisation is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Manager to join its SAP delivery team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality SuccessFactors solutions, working closely with clients to design, configure, and deploy Employee Central and Compensation modules. You will act as a functional expert, supporting end-to-end implementations and leading functional workstreams or small teams on larger programmes.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the functional lead for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation
  • Lead or support the design, configuration, testing and deployment of SuccessFactors solutions
  • Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional designs
  • Configure workflows, business rules, permissions, compensation templates and eligibility rules
  • Support data migration, integrations and security design
  • Produce functional specifications, design documents and user documentation
  • Facilitate client workshops, presentations and training sessions

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, specifically Employee Central and Compensation
  • Proven delivery of 2–3 full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations
  • Experience leading functional workstreams or small teams
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation certifications (essential)
