Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + bonus + benefits

A globally recognised consultancy with deep technical expertise and a collaborative culture is seeking a Salesforce Pre-Sales Solution Architect to lead the technical response to high-profile Salesforce opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Pre-Sales Solution Lead for qualified opportunities, managing end-to-end technical ownership from initial engagement through to proposal submission.
  • Design and articulate innovative, scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to specific client challenges and requirements.
  • Deliver high-impact product demonstrations, presentations, and proofs of concept to stakeholders across varying seniority levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (innovation, advisory, delivery, and change) to ensure seamless project transition and delivery readiness.
  • Engage directly with clients as a trusted advisor on Salesforce capabilities, roadmap, and best practice.
  • Support and influence strategic go-to-market initiatives and increase brand visibility across the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Contribute to refining pre-sales methodologies, internal frameworks, and proposal development approaches.
  • Keep up to date with Salesforce platform developments, competitor offerings, and industry trends.

Experience Required:

  • 5+ years\' experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Demonstrable expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds and products.
  • Proven ability to bridge technical and commercial domains, tailoring complex solutions for a broad range of audiences.
  • Skilled in developing Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates and commercial proposals.
  • Certified Salesforce Application Architect (minimum); further Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of agile delivery models, solution estimation, and enterprise architecture.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent bids or opportunities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
