Overview
We are recruiting a Salesforce Lead Enterprise Architect to drive strategic transformation programmes across major enterprise clients. This is a senior consulting role with hands-on influence in both pre-sales and delivery phases. You\’ll work closely with executive stakeholders to shape and deliver best-in-class Salesforce and multi-cloud architecture across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on digital transformation and architecture strategy.
• Lead enterprise-level architecture for complex Salesforce engagements, spanning Sales, Service, Data Cloud, and integrations.
• Translate business objectives into scalable, secure, and technically sound Salesforce solutions.
• Direct solution design, architecture reviews, and governance across multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
• Support pre-sales by defining architecture roadmaps, target state designs, and transition plans.
• Mentor delivery teams and provide leadership on architectural best practices and emerging technologies.
• Work collaboratively across business, engineering, and delivery functions to ensure alignment and success.
• Provide architectural guidance on security, data governance, scalability, and integration.
• Champion innovation and contribute to thought leadership across the consultancy.

Required Experience & Skills
• 12+ years in consulting and enterprise architecture, with deep experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
• 8+ years designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and integration layers.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development, security, AppExchange solutions, and ecosystem architecture.
• Experience working with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Azure/AWS services) and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, DWH).
• Skilled in translating business requirements into robust technical solutions and architectural designs.
• Confident stakeholder engagement and ability to present architecture concepts to C-suite audiences.
• Experience across multiple methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) and certifications is highly desirable.
• Security Clearance eligibility (5 years UK residency and valid passport) preferred.
