We’re on the lookout for an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist to join a leading digital transformation consultancy working on some of the most exciting and innovative cloud and data programmes in the UK. This is a hybrid role based in London, offering the opportunity to work with enterprise clients on cutting-edge Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.

As a Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist, you’ll act as the go-to expert for all things related to Data Cloud, playing a key role in solution architecture, technical leadership, and client advisory. You’ll be instrumental in shaping and delivering data-led Salesforce transformations that drive measurable business outcomes.

The Role:

  • Act as the SME for Salesforce Data Cloud across enterprise engagements.
  • Design and implement end-to-end Data Cloud solutions aligned to client business goals.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce product teams to drive innovation and identify emerging capabilities.
  • Lead on data modelling, integration design, and complex data flows across cloud platforms.
  • Support pre-sales, solutioning, and estimation efforts for new opportunities.
  • Deliver workshops, training, and knowledge sharing across internal teams.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience leading Salesforce Data Cloud implementations (minimum 2 full lifecycle projects).
  • Deep understanding of components like Data Streams, Unified Data Model, Identity Resolution, Segmentation, and Activations.
  • Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of data architecture, ETL, and integration best practices.
  • Hands-on skills with APIs, REST/SOAP, SQL, and platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery, Tableau.
  • Knowledge of wider Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Loyalty Management) is a bonus.
