Salary: £90,000 – £100,000 + £4,000 car allowance + 10% bonus

Overview

A leading global consultancy is seeking a Salesforce AI Architect to join its digital transformation team. This permanent position offers the chance to work on innovative, AI-powered Salesforce solutions across enterprise-scale projects. You will be instrumental in designing and delivering intelligent architecture that enhances automation, customer engagement, and business insight through Salesforce technologies.

Key Responsibilities

· Act as the in-house expert for Salesforce AI, advising on capabilities such as Einstein Copilot, Predictive AI, Generative AI, and Agentforce.

· Lead the design and implementation of AI-enabled solutions across the Salesforce platform, from initial discovery to deployment and ongoing support.

· Integrate AI tools and models using Salesforce Agent Builder, Model Builder, and related technologies to optimise user experience and decision-making.

· Support internal knowledge sharing by delivering training sessions and mentoring technical teams on Salesforce AI best practices.

· Stay up to date with platform developments and AI trends to drive innovation across client engagements.

· Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to identify and deliver AI-driven enhancements.

· Optionally support or lead client-facing presentations and solution design workshops.

What We\’re Looking For

· Proven experience delivering Salesforce AI solutions, with 2-5+ projects using Einstein, Prompt Builder, and native Generative/Predictive AI tools.

· Deep knowledge of Salesforce’s AI ecosystem, including Copilot, Einstein Trust Layer, and Agentforce.

· Strong background in designing AI-driven solutions involving data preparation, model selection, and prompt configuration.

· Understanding of data governance, ethical AI principles, and compliance considerations.

· 10+ years of experience in consulting or architecture roles, ideally in digital transformation contexts.

· Broad knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, with a focus on clouds such as Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or Communications Cloud.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex AI topics for diverse audiences.

· Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification is highly desirable.
