This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing field sales team, helping restaurants streamline their operations, enhance customer experiences and drive business growth through innovative technology.
As a Field Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in developing, coaching and inspiring a team of Field Account Executives, supporting them to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving ambitious sales targets.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll help drive business growth, expand market presence and contribute to the continued success of a rapidly growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities as a Field Sales Manager Lead, coach and develop a team of Field Account Executives to achieve new business targets.
Deliver hands-on coaching in the field, supporting prospecting, customer meetings and live product demonstrations.
Drive a customer-first sales approach throughout the entire sales cycle.
Support your team in generating new business through walk-ins, outbound activity and tailored outreach.
Monitor sales performance, forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce.
Analyse sales metrics and conversion rates to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Recruit, develop and grow a high-performing field sales team.
Partner with Product, Customer Success and Implementation teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Experience you'll need as a Field Sales Manager Proven experience leading, coaching and developing a successful field-based sales team.
Strong background managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing.
Experience using Salesforce for sales reporting, forecasting and pipeline management.
Previous experience within Saa S, hospitality or restaurant technology is highly desirable.
Strong outbound sales experience with a passion for leading from the front in a field-based environment.
Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to motivate teams to exceed targets.
