Operating Model and Change Consultant£500 to £575 per day | Inside IR35 | 6-month contract

We are supporting a major Central Government transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Operating Model and Change Consultant to support organisational change, operating model design and the implementation of new ways of working.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting the design and development of target operating models, ensuring structures, processes and ways of working align with wider business objectives.
Identifying opportunities to improve organisational effectiveness, decision-making and service delivery.
Supporting change management activities, translating strategic recommendations into practical implementation plans.
Working with senior stakeholders to assess current operating models, identify gaps and define future-state requirements.
Developing frameworks to support prioritisation, governance and effective resource allocation.
Producing clear analysis and recommendations to support business transformation and organisational change.
What we're looking for:
Strong experience in operating model design, organisational change or business transformation.
Experience supporting target operating model development and implementing new ways of working.
A solid understanding of change management, including the impact of transformation on people, processes and organisational structures.
Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions within complex organisations.
A consulting background, ideally supporting large-scale transformation programmes.
Experience working within Central Government or the wider public sector would be beneficial.
This is a six-month contract offering the opportunity to contribute to a strategic transformation programme, working across operating model design and change management.
