Field Sales Manager
Salary: £80,000-£90,000 OTE up to 150k Location: London
Were looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-performing team of Outbound Field Account Executives, helping restaurants simplify and scale their operations through innovative restaurant technology.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys coaching sales teams and has a strong track record in outbound, full-cycle sales.
The Role Lead, coach and develop a team of Field Account Executives.
Spend time in the field supporting your team with prospecting, walk-ins and live product demos.
Drive a customer-first sales approach and improve team performance.
Own your teams new business targets and sales performance.
Use Salesforce to manage forecasting, reporting and conversion metrics.
Grow territories by expanding the customer base and developing new opportunities.
Recruit and build a high-performing field sales team.
Work closely with Product, Customer Success, Implementation and other internal teams.
What Were Looking For Proven experience hiring, managing and coaching field-based Account Executives.
Experience managing a full-cycle outbound sales team, from prospecting through to close.
Strong track record delivering against new business targets.
Experience using Salesforce for reporting and forecasting.
Background in SaaS, hospitality or restaurant technology.
A genuine passion for being out in the field with your team.
Strong outbound sales experience is essential.
A hands-on, energetic leadership style with a focus on coaching and development.
