Were working with a leading global technology and professional services organisation that is looking for a Cyber Security Manager to join its security consulting practice.
This is an opportunity to lead cybersecurity consulting engagements across the Energy & Utilities sector, helping organisations strengthen their security posture, manage cyber risk and deliver major security transformation programmes.
Youll work closely with senior client stakeholders, technical specialists and account teams, combining strategic security advice, project delivery and team leadership.
What youll be doing Lead cybersecurity projects and programmes from initiation through to delivery.
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Lead security assessments, workshops and risk reviews.
Provide practical recommendations to improve security resilience and compliance.
Advise clients across Cyber Strategy, GRC, OT Security, Security Operations, IAM and AI Security.
Support the design and implementation of security improvements, frameworks and governance approaches.
Identify opportunities within existing and new client accounts.
Contribute to proposals, bids and business development activity.
Manage, coach and develop security consultants.
Contribute to thought leadership and wider industry engagement.
What were looking for Significant experience in cybersecurity consulting, advisory or programme delivery.
Essential: Previous experience working within the Energy & Utilities sector.
Strong understanding of frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, CAF and NIS.
Experience managing complex security projects and senior stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of at least one cyber domain, such as OT Security, Security Operations, IAM, Cyber Strategy or Risk & Governance.
Experience supporting business development, proposals or account growth.
Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
CISSP, CISM, GICSP, CRISC or similar certification would be advantageous.
Understanding of AI security risks and emerging technologies would also be beneficial.
Security Clearance BPSS and SC clearance is required for this position. xohmjla
You will need 5 years of continuous UK address history at the point of application, typically including no periods of 30 consecutive days or more spent outside the UK.
