We're currently supporting a leading global technology and consulting organisation as they continue to grow their Cyber Security capability across UK public sector transformation programmes. This is an opportunity to join a team working on complex security challenges across health, public sector, defence and central government environments, supporting large-scale digital and IT transformation.
Who you'll be working with: You'll join a multidisciplinary team of security and technology specialists working alongside architects, engineers and client stakeholders to design and deliver secure enterprise solutions.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing security architectures for large-scale transformation programmes
- Providing security advisory across enterprise and digital initiatives
- Supporting secure solution design and influencing architecture decisions
- Applying risk management and security frameworks (ISO27001, NIST, GDPR)
- Conducting threat modelling and identifying vulnerabilities
- Engaging stakeholders on security risk and mitigation strategies
What we're looking for:
- Strong cyber security and risk management knowledge
- Experience in security architecture or secure solution design
- Understanding of IAM, SSO, PAM, encryption and network security
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and design methodologies
- Ability to communicate security risk clearly to stakeholders
- Security certification (e.g. CISSP, SABSA or equivalent) desirable
- Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (British nationality + 5 years UK residency required)
