The Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Operations Executive to join our Belfast team. This is an exciting internal role that blends office management, reporting, event coordination, and employee engagement. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our office operations while also supporting our internal recruitment and marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities Office & Operations Support: Oversee day-to-day office management tasks, including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination. Act as the first point of contact for internal queries and visitors. KPI Reporting & Data Management: Assist in compiling and maintaining internal performance reports and dashboards. Support the leadership team with data analysis and insights for operational improvements. Event Management: Organise and coordinate internal events, team socials, and company-wide initiatives. Support logistics for training sessions, meetings, and external events. Social Media & Marketing: Manage Anson McCade’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.). Create and schedule engaging content to promote company culture and achievements. Internal Recruitment: Support the internal hiring process by scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and maintaining recruitment records. Help onboard new hires and ensure a smooth induction experience. Employee Engagement: Contribute to initiatives that enhance team morale, wellbeing, and company culture. Gather feedback and support HR in implementing engagement strategies. Ad-hoc Support: Provide general administrative and operational support to the wider team as needed. What We’re Looking For Strong organisational and multitasking skills. A university degree in a relevant field. Excellent written and verbal communication. A proactive, can-do attitude with an eagerness to learn. Comfortable using Office 365 (Excel, etc.). Strong attention to detail. Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools is a plus. Previous experience in an agency or a similar fast-paced environment is a plus, but not essential.
