Job Description
A leading firm in the digital asset space is seeking a Quantitative Developer to join their innovative team. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of crypto trading while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Location: UK (Flexible working; minimum 3 days in the office)
About the Role:
As a Quantitative Developer, you will:
- Enhance exchange trading capabilities to maintain and grow market share.
- Develop and optimise trading strategies and systems across crypto products (Spot, CFDs, Futures, Perps, and Options).
- Build and optimise end-to-end trading stacks, including exchange pricing, risk management, and monitoring.
- Automate processes and workflows to streamline operations.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience developing front-office trading system components.
- Expertise in Rust and proficiency in at least one other programming language (e.g., Python, Java, SQL).
- Solid experience with crypto products, including Options .
- Strong understanding of system design principles, latency optimisation, and low-latency systems.
- A robust mathematical background and experience in FX, Crypto, or Equity products.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with pricing, trading strategies, or quantitative research (e.g., machine learning).
- Knowledge of systematic trading tools and dashboards.
