Job Description

A leading global financial services organisation is seeking a Project Manager to manage complex change initiatives and ensure smooth delivery of business transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage change projects up to £5m, including planning, budgeting, resourcing, and risk management
  • Engage and influence stakeholders across business and technology to drive adoption and project progress
  • Chair progress reviews, ensuring robust documentation and governance for decision-making
  • Drive organisational readiness, supporting business adoption of changes
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of Change and Project Management toolkits

  • Strong project and change management experience
