The Strategic Program Management Team

The SPM practice partners with clients to design and deliver large-scale programmes, improve delivery capabilities, and ensure strategic ambitions become operational reality.

You will work across a range of engagements, helping organisations improve programme execution, manage transformation portfolios, and deliver sustainable business outcomes.

Positions Available

Consultant – Strategic Program Management

As a Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting client engagements, contributing to project delivery, and helping teams solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of project and programme management activities across client engagements.
• Work collaboratively with consulting teams and client stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
• Develop project materials, presentations, reports, and written deliverables.
• Support client workshops, meetings, and working sessions.
• Apply structured problem‑solving approaches to analyse challenges and identify opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to proposals, business development activities, and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Develop knowledge of client operating models, industries, and transformation priorities.

Ideal Background:

• 2+ years’ experience in project management, consulting, transformation, or related environments.
• Strong organisation, planning, and time management skills.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and disciplines.
• Comfortable operating in complex and fast‑moving environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting cross‑functional projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate qualifications or professional certifications are advantageous.

Senior Consultant – Strategic Program Management

As a Senior Consultant, you will take ownership of delivery across complex engagements, supporting clients through transformation initiatives while helping shape solutions and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery activities across complex programmes and transformation initiatives.
• Manage client relationships and support delivery excellence.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and programme activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve client capabilities and business outcomes.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to proposals.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal capability development.
• Build trusted relationships with client teams and industry stakeholders.

Ideal Background:

• 4+ years’ experience in management consulting, advisory, professional services, industry transformation, or similar environments.
• Strong expertise in programme and project management.
• Experience delivering digital transformation and/or large‑scale change programmes.
• Proven ability to manage complex engagements and stakeholder groups.
• Experience working with senior client stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities.
• Ability to build consensus and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience managing delivery teams and driving measurable outcomes.
• Willingness to travel where required for client engagements.

Manager – Strategic Program Management

As a Manager, you will lead major client engagements, shape delivery strategy, influence executive decision‑making, and help grow the Strategic Program Management practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex transformation programmes and ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Own client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Drive delivery strategy, governance, and programme execution.
• Identify opportunities to solve complex client challenges through innovative approaches.
• Influence executive decision‑making and support organisational change.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior client leaders and industry networks.
• Support account growth, sales strategy, and business development opportunities.
• Lead internal initiatives that strengthen consulting capability and market expertise.
• Act as a recognised subject‑matter expert within the transformation space.

Ideal Background:

• 7+ years’ experience in management consulting, advisory, professional services, industry transformation, and/or Big 4 environments.
• Significant experience delivering complex programmes and transformation initiatives.
• Strong programme/project management expertise, ideally including digital transformation.
• Proven experience leading large consulting engagements.
• Comfortable engaging with executive‑level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, drive outcomes, and resolve complex delivery challenges.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience supporting growth opportunities.
• Ability to travel based on client requirements.
