• Salary: £120,000 – £145,000 + 15% bonus + matched pension + share scheme
• Location: Remote-first, with occasional travel to client sites

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of complex, modern digital solutions across large-scale programmes.
• Define architectural principles, technical strategy, and design assurance across multiple teams.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align business outcomes with technology direction.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to architects and engineers, helping them progress in their careers.
• Drive consistency and excellence through architectural governance and continuous improvement.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and help shape long-term technical roadmaps.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale software architectures and transformations.
• Strong technical foundation across cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), SaaS, and PaaS.
• Deep understanding of solution architecture, integration, APIs, and non-functional design.
• Background in software engineering, with the ability to communicate credibly across technical teams.
• Skilled at engaging senior stakeholders, influencing decisions, and balancing technical and commercial priorities.
• Passion for coaching and developing others — with a genuine interest in building capability and culture.

Desirable

• Experience shaping technology strategy or contributing to pre-sales and account growth.
• Active contributor to the wider tech community or thought leadership initiatives.
