- Strong hands‑on experience developing solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience working with Dataverse, including data modelling, relationships and security roles
- Knowledge of application lifecycle management (ALM) and deployment best practices
- Experience integrating systems using APIs, connectors and third-party applications
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions
- Understanding of security, governance and enterprise solution design principles
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working within agile, multidisciplinary project teams
