Operating Model Consultant
to support a major transformation programme within a high-profile public sector environment. Youll work on
operating model design and transformation , helping shape how the organisation operates and supporting strategic change initiatives.
Key Requirements Strong experience in
Operating Model / Target Operating Model
transformation. Experience working within complex organisations. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to support operating model design and transformation initiatives. SC Clearance , with clearance used within the last 12 months. Available to start
