Operating Model Consultant
to support a major transformation programme within the
UK Defence sector . Youll work with senior stakeholders to assess current operating models, identify opportunities for improvement and help design practical, scalable future-state ways of working. Key Responsibilities
Develop and assess current and future-state operating models. Analyse organisational structures, processes, capabilities and ways of working. Work with senior stakeholders to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Translate strategic objectives into practical operating model designs. Support transformation roadmaps and implementation planning. Facilitate workshops and present recommendations to senior stakeholders. Produce clear, high-quality documentation and deliverables. Experience Required
Strong
Operating Model / Business Transformation
consulting experience. Experience working on complex transformation programmes. Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capability. Experience within
Defence / Government
would be highly beneficial. Active SC Clearance, used within the last 12 months, is essential.
