This is a senior leadership role focused on Microsoft Security, combining solutioning, delivery ownership, and capability growth. The position sits at the centre of high-value engagements, working with major organisations to design, shape, and deliver end-to-end security transformations.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Lead Microsoft Security solution design and delivery across large-scale programmes
- Influence and shape high-value sales opportunities and client engagements
- Define and evolve security offerings aligned to market demand
- Work with major enterprise clients on complex security challenges
- Act as a senior technical authority across Microsoft Security technologies
- Build and develop high-performing architecture and delivery teams
- Represent the organisation in the market and across strategic partnerships
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead solutioning and delivery across Microsoft Security engagements
- Support sales through technical leadership, proposals, and client engagement
- Define and develop new security offerings and capabilities
- Provide guidance to architects and delivery teams across programmes
- Ensure the capability, skills, and certifications align with delivery demand
- Drive opportunity development and pipeline growth
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and clients
- Act as a visible leader within the Microsoft Security domain
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience leading Microsoft Security consulting and delivery
- Deep expertise across: Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, Entra, Purview, Microsoft Cloud Security
- Experience delivering large-scale security transformation programmes
- Strong background in solutioning, pre-sales support, and client engagement
- Ability to define and build offerings from concept through to market
- Advanced Microsoft certifications (e.g. SC-100, SC-200, SC-401)
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading and scaling teams within a consulting environment
- Knowledge of security frameworks (e.g. GDPR, NIST, ISO27001, SOC2)
