Role Overview: As an IAM Consultant, you will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of comprehensive Identity and Access Governance (IAG) strategies. This role sits at the intersection of security and business enablement, ensuring that access control, authentication, and authorization solutions are both robust and aligned with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architecture Design & Strategy: Design and implement end-to-end IAG strategies and maintain the architecture for identity management and access control. Ensure alignment of IAG solutions with business objectives, security policies, and global regulatory requirements.
  • Solution Development: Lead the deployment of IAG solutions, including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), ABAC (Attribute-Based Access Control), and privilege management. Design automated workflows for user provisioning, de-provisioning, access requests, and certifications. Partner with development teams to integrate IAG solutions with existing IT infrastructure and legacy applications.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in IAM or Security Architecture, with a proven track record in large-scale environments.
  • IGA Tooling: Deep knowledge of tools such as SailPoint, Okta, Oracle Identity Governance, or similar.
  • Technical Protocols: Proficiency in SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
  • Cloud Identity: Experience with cloud-based solutions including Azure AD (Entra ID) and AWS IAM.
  • Security Principles: Strong understanding of identity federation, SSO, and MFA technologies.
