OT Security Architect

We are looking for an experienced OT Cyber Security Architect to join a growing Cyber Security practice, delivering secure and practical architectures across complex operational environments.

Consultancy experience is essential. Candidates should have a background in cyber security, technology or management consulting, with proven experience working directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver OT/ICS cyber security architectures across critical infrastructure, energy, utilities, manufacturing, transport or similar environments.
• Translate cyber risk assessments into target-state architectures, security controls and implementation roadmaps.
• Design secure IT/OT integration, including segmentation, zoning, access control, monitoring and resilience.
• Lead OT security initiatives covering secure remote access, vulnerability management and protective monitoring.
• Advise senior security, operational and engineering stakeholders on OT risk, resilience and regulatory requirements.
• Support technology selection and implementation of practical security solutions.

Key Requirements

• Strong OT cyber security architecture experience within a consultancy environment.
• Deep understanding of ICS, SCADA and OT networks.
• Experience with IEC 62443, NIST CSF, NCSC CAF, ISO 27001 and/or NIS/NIS2.
• Proven ability to turn cyber risk into practical architecture decisions and implementation plans.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with senior security, engineering and operational teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Desirable

Experience with Nozomi, Claroty, Dragos, Microsoft Defender for IoT or similar OT security platforms.

Security Requirements

Candidates must be able to meet applicable UK security clearance requirements. Some positions require at least five years of continuous UK residency.
