Conduct workshops and facilitate strategic discussions , building strong client relationships and delivering trusted guidance at each stage of the project. Mentor and guide a dedicated team, overseeing module configuration, testing, and deployment while ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals . Required Qualifications and Experience: Strong functional experience with the Oracle HCM Cloud , especially in the Core HCM and Payroll modules. Proven background in implementing process changes and driving transformations . Skilled at managing and facilitating workshops and discussions , ensuring clear project goals and alignment. Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud projects, including managing offshore teams for high-quality outcomes.
