Role: Operations Support Analyst
Location: London (3 days a week)
Salary: Up to £55,000 + 10% bonus
We’re looking for a proactive Operations Support Analyst to join our growing enterprise IT team. In this role, you’ll support the smooth running of core business applications across HR, Finance, ERP, and integration platforms. You’ll work closely with key users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure high service availability and drive continuous improvement across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily service operations and manage incident escalations
- Create and maintain operational reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI)
- Support release cycles and coordinate communication with key users
- Identify and deliver small-scale improvement initiatives
- Document processes and training materials
- Conduct root cause analysis and support problem resolution
- Manage vendor relationships and hold service reviews
What You’ll Bring:
- 2–3 years of experience in operations support for enterprise IT systems
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multi-environment application landscapes
- Experience with service and vendor management
- Familiarity with ITIL, Lean, or Six Sigma principles (preferred)
