Anson McCade is proud to be working with one of the world\’s largest technology services companies, supporting their rapidly growing UK&I Organizational Change Management practice. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-impact consulting team delivering change across major technology transformations – from ERP and digital workplace to AI, cloud, and IT managed services.

We\’re looking for experienced Organizational Change Management professionals who bring deep knowledge of the full change lifecycle, a passion for customer outcomes, and the confidence to lead engagements across sectors.

As an OCM Lead Consultant, you will:

  • Lead complex change and adoption programmes across enterprise technology transformation projects
  • Deliver core OCM activities including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, change impact and leadership support
  • Work closely with technical teams, architects, and business leaders to align technology with people outcomes
  • Contribute to pre-sales and business development efforts including proposals, RFP responses and client workshops
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants and help shape the UK&I OCM practice as it grows

A successful OCM Lead Consultant will have:

  • Proven track record delivering change across IT transformation, digital, cloud or managed service programmes
  • Experience designing and delivering stakeholder analysis, comms strategies, training, change measurement and change leadership programmes
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills, including the ability to engage at senior stakeholder level
  • Familiarity with project management and change delivery frameworks (e.g., Prosci, APMG, Agile)
  • Confidence working in hybrid delivery environments and with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting pre-sales and business development
  • Experience with tools like Microsoft 365, Jira, ServiceNow, or digital learning platforms
  • Certifications: Prosci, Agile, ITIL, APMG, or similar
  • Exposure to Agile/DevOps/cloud transformations
  • A passion for continuous improvement and scaling methodologies
