As an AWS Connect Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing and evolving a cutting-edge cloud contact centre, leveraging the latest capabilities across the AWS ecosystem. This is a hands-on position where you’ll build intelligent, scalable solutions that enhance customer interactions through AI, automation, and real-time analytics.
