Technical Project Manager | BMS / Io T / Energy Technology We're working with an innovative technology company that is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to deliver customer-facing technology projects across connected estates, Io T platforms and energy management solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys managing complex technical deployments, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and delivering projects that combine building systems, connectivity and cloud-based technology.
The role: Manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects from scope validation through to installation, commissioning and handover Coordinate customers, contractors, controls specialists, facilities teams and internal technical teams Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and change control Support BMS integrations with cloud-based Io T platforms Ensure successful delivery across multi-site deployments, upgrades and optimisation projects Maintain strong customer communication and project governance throughout delivery We're looking for someone with: ?
Proven project management experience within BMS, building services, facilities management, HVAC, energy management, Io T or connected technology environments ?
Strong understanding of BMS architecture, controls, metering, connectivity and building systems integration ?
Experience coordinating contractors, engineers, suppliers and customer stakeholders ?
Strong planning, reporting and commercial awareness ?
Experience managing technical projects through installation, commissioning and handover ?
Confident using Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, Excel, Planner, Project or Share Point Desirable experience: BMS platforms and controls environments Io T platforms, telemetry or connected estates Energy monitoring and optimisation solutions Operational Technology (OT) and secure connectivity PRINCE2, Agile PM, PMP or equivalent qualifications Retail, commercial or multi-site technology rollouts What's on offer: ?
