We’re hiring Security Consultants to join a growing team delivering impactful work across the UK health and public sector landscape. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile, mission-critical programmes that directly contribute to national infrastructure, public services, and citizen outcomes.
You’ll be part of a collaborative environment, helping shape secure digital transformation initiatives while working with modern technologies and complex architectures.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in designing and advising on secure systems across large-scale programmes. This includes:
- Designing secure architectures across complex IT and transformation projects
- Advising on security strategy, risk, and compliance across public sector environments
- Identifying vulnerabilities and recommending pragmatic, risk-based solutions
- Supporting clients with regulatory frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
- Engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders to influence secure design decisions
- Contributing to threat modelling and secure solution development

- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and risk management
- Experience working with security in architecture or solution design
- Knowledge of areas like IAM, PAM, network security, or encryption
- Exposure to cloud and/or infrastructure security
- Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Passion for improving security within the UK public sector
Nice to have:
- Certifications such as CISSP, SABSA (or similar)
- Experience within government, defence, or regulated environments

- Eligible for SC clearance (5 years continuous UK residency required)
