We are seeking an experienced Manager to join a growing Cost & Productivity team focused on supporting Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) clients. This is an opportunity to work with leading organisations as they address margin pressures, manage technology investments, improve operational efficiency and drive sustainable growth.

Working alongside senior stakeholders, you will help clients identify and implement cost optimisation opportunities, improve productivity and deliver large-scale transformation programmes that generate measurable financial and operational benefits.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading cost optimisation and operational improvement engagements.
  • Conducting financial analysis, cost baselining and scenario modelling.
  • Developing business cases and recommending performance improvement initiatives.
  • Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve productivity through benchmarking, spend analysis and value assessments.
  • Supporting procurement and third-party spend optimisation activities.
  • Working with stakeholders across finance, procurement, technology, operations and commercial functions.
  • Managing project delivery, budgets, risks and client relationships.
  • Coaching junior team members and contributing to business development activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience delivering cost optimisation, productivity improvement or operational transformation programmes.
  • Strong analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Experience working in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Experience within Technology, Media, Telecommunications, Software or Digital sectors is advantageous.
  • Relevant professional qualifications are desirable but not essential.
