As a Delivery Manager you will be expected to lead delivery of high-stakes digital transformation programmes in Defence for a Tier-1 consultancy managing £10m+ annual budgets across MOD-related accounts.

Key responsibilities as Delivery Manager:
- Accountable for end-to-end delivery of £10m+ programmes, spanning 50+ staff across multi-disciplinary teams, contractors and suppliers
- Drive governance, risk management and commercial outcomes in fast-paced, agile-within-structured environments
- Build CxO relationships, spot growth opportunities and shape winning bids for Public Sector Defence procurements
- Own resourcing, empower teams and foster innovation in UCD-led digital services
- Ensure profitability, outcomes-focused delivery and adherence to security standards
Ideal Delivery Manager Profile:
- 7+ years Public Sector programme leadership, with Defence / MOD experience essential
- Track record delivering complex, large-budget transformations with hands-on multi-team management
- Agile expertise in structured governance; broad tech awareness (cloud, data platforms)
- Client-facing at Director/CxO level; strong in bids, commercial acumen and people leadership
- Eligible / experienced with DV; SC minimum
