This is a rare opportunity to join a newly established team, working on complex, high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating environment. Key responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a small team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and support
- Remain hands-on with development and take ownership of end-to-end delivery
