We are currently recruiting for a Senior Test Analyst to join a leading organisation within the Defence Sector, working on cutting-edge technology projects that make a real difference. Our client is a major player in the technology and defence space, known for delivering innovative IT services and solutions to high-profile government and defence customers. Leading and coordinating test activities across multiple projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality testing services.
- Performing manual and automated testing across various platforms (Application, Infrastructure, Hardware).
- Collaborating closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
- Mentoring and guiding junior staff, building a strong testing practice within the team.
Proven experience in manual/automated testing across non-functional, functional, and end-to-end environments.
- Familiarity with Windows Server 2019, Active Directory, SCOM, SCCM, and VMware.
- Strong understanding of delivery methodologies including Agile, V-Model, and Waterfall.
- ISTQB certification (Foundation Level or above).
- Knowledge of NXLog, McAfee, SQL, Juniper Networking, Cisco Viptela, and related technologies.
Experience in all phases of testing including integration, system, and regression testing.
- Strong understanding of configuration, change, and release management principles.
- Demonstrable knowledge of version control systems like Subversion and testing lifecycles.
