Anson McCade is delighted to once again partner with a leading global consultancy as they seek to appoint an experienced Network Architect. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic Architecture community, providing scope for professional growth and contributing to collective expertise. Working within a dedicated Service Line team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Design Authority – ensuring alignment with domain expertise and best practices.
- Stakeholder Management – engaging effectively with both internal and external partners.
- Strategic Advisory – offering expert guidance on Managed Services accounts, new deals, and transitions.
- Client Engagement – building strong, collaborative relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Technical Leadership – providing direction to uphold Service Line strategies, standards, and client requirements.
Required Experience: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Networks Architect within a managed services environment. Experience as a design authority, navigating the complexities of large Managed Services accounts, bids, and transitions, is essential. Strong expertise in contracts, commercial considerations, stakeholder management, and client relationships is also required.
Technical Expertise: A deep understanding of the following technologies is essential:
- Cisco ACI software-defined networking (multi-site & multi-pod)
- Firewalls, including Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco Firepower, Cisco ASA & AnyConnect Remote Access
- Enterprise Wi-Fi technologies, such as Cisco WLC or equivalent
- Networking Protocols, including IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP
