This role sits within a high-performing technology team focused on modernising cloud contact centre platforms for a major financial services environment.
As an AWS Connect Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing and evolving a cutting-edge cloud contact centre, leveraging the latest capabilities across the AWS ecosystem. This is a hands-on position where you’ll build intelligent, scalable solutions that enhance customer interactions through AI, automation, and real-time analytics. You’ll be working on complex, high-impact systems that directly influence customer experience at scale.

What you need
- Proven hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (certifications preferred)
