Principal Consultant at Anson McCade-what can you expect?

- A long and active client list consisting of some of the worlds’ most prominent tech orgs. You could work with us in managing existing relationships or supported in developing your own.

- Resourcing support. We’ve all found ourselves with more roles than we can manage- with over 100+ recruiters worldwide, we will give you the support you need to fill positions and maximise your earning potential.
- A voice that’s heard. Principal consultants are more than recruiters at Anson McCade, they are influential voices that help shape our company’s strategy. Hiring, training, technology selection- these can al fall within your wheelhouse.
What we would like to see from you
- 5-10 years’ experience. Experience comes in different forms- you may have excelled early in your career or have a wealth of successful experience but want more than what your role offers you.
- Experience hiring technology skill sets and the ability to source talent when needed- we work heavily across Data and AI, Software Engineering, Tech Transformation and Cyber Security.
- A track record developing business
- The ability to take existing clients and run with them.
- Evidence of building and nurturing clients into long term relationships.
- Ideas. What would you do different in your current role? What technologies are you interested in that could improve our services? What do you do differently to us?
What’s nice to have/ What you can learn.
Nobody joins a business the finished article. With 20+ years’ experience in tech recruitment we’re still learning.
- Management experience. Coaching juniors towards and sharing responsibility for their delivery- our leadership team can coach you in what it takes to get the best from your support.
- Managing large accounts. You may not have experience managing large/global accounts, but if you do it’s a plus. If not, this is experience you will get organically through the nature of your role.
What’s in it for you?
We offer excellent basic salaries with an open choice of commission structure (Ranging up to 40%)
Commission is uncapped.
- Salary ranges (at Principal) between £50,000-£66,000
- Commission up to 40%
- Commission for every placement made by you, but also for every placement made with accounts that you manage.
