- 3 years' management consulting experience within Aerospace & Defence, or 5 years' industry experience delivering transformation.
- Experience in complex programme delivery and large-scale business change.
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Eligible for UK Security Clearance.
